These businessowners had seen my work and were wondering if I could perform my magic on their Airbnb.

They had a clear goal in mind: raise the Airbnb to the next level, that would be very appealing for guests, increase the occupancy and raise their prices with a totally updated and upgraded studio.

For Airbnb business owners we have created a brand-new package which consist of several services: Interior Design, Shopping, Branding and Photography.

• We start with a Interior Design Deep Drive: an Airbnb visit to feel and observe the space, what would I want as a guest, brainstorm a plan and strategize the steps to bring the Airbnb-vision to life. How can we make the most of the Airbnb studio looking at functionality, creating multiple zones for guests, provide furniture ideas, wall colors and décor ideas and addressing the outdoor spaces. Leaving the owners with a very detailed list of recommendations.
• After the completion of the list of recommendations, it is time for Shopping for the finishing touches: small furniture pieces and décor, kitchen items and dining accessories, the missing items to make the bedroom attractive and cozy, and adding the last pieces to complete the bathroom.
• After all these projects, it is time to get my Photographer Rachael on-site. She will take care of the pictures, marketing and branding of the Airbnb. rachaelannphoto.com
