Charming Master Bathroom

This bathroom was only 5 ft x 8 ft and one of the worst I’ve seen in my career, and that’s not even taking into consideration the low, pink vanity!

This bathroom needed to be gutted and required an ingenious plan ¬ a plan that would benefit the entire second floor of the house.

We created a masterplan that started with moving the bonus room wall 2 feet inward, so we could make the bathroom a more comfortable size!

As we were demolishing, we noticed we could also move the back wall as well to tuck it more under the roof for additional space. It was a brilliant discovery!

Because the pitch of the roof was very low, we chose to put in a 2×4 skylight, which not only brings in lots of gorgeous light, but gives the family a beautiful night view!

This bathroom is now decked out with a 60” vanity, a luxurious shower with 4 soap niches, a rain shower panel, and a gorgeous tiled floor. And the best thing it has a separate toilet out in the hallway, which was created out of the two extra feet from the bonus room, using 1 foot from the bathroom as well.

This bathroom transformed into a serene and charming, luxurious mini spa with a view of the stars!
And our plan was so meticulous that we used every inch possible in this 1,500 square foot home to ensure the home would have a beautiful flow and balance that would even increase the value of the property!
