See the transformation of the main level—featuring the kitchen, bar lounge area, and dining room. Each space has its own unique identity while seamlessly extending from the kitchen. The kitchen island pops with a vibrant accent color, the bar lounge area flaunts the most gorgeous tiles, the dining room now features a cozy fireplace, and the lighting ties everything together beautifully.

The transformation didn’t stop there. We relocated the family room to the once-unused sunken living room. By raising the floor, we seamlessly integrated those square feet into the main living space, resulting in an instant upgrade. We reconfigured the staircase to a straight slope, creating a luxurious entryway. Adding board and batten further enriched the space, giving it character and a unique identity.

We also had a powder room adjacent to the kitchen and a laundry area tucked in the back of the house. By moving the laundry room upstairs, we were able to convert the space into a fully functional bathroom. Additionally, we built a wall to separate the second staircase, creating a more intimate dining room setting with a working fireplace!
