Luxurious Home Interior Design

This is the perfect home for my clients! They found a luxurious home where they could put down roots and grow their young family! The house is a delightful and spacious home with a great room and custom-built fireplace as well as a beautiful outdoor covered sitting area. It has a beautiful oversized kitchen island with an impressive gourmet kitchen, a separate pantry room with its own door, and plenty of room for a dining room table. The first floor also has an office with a nice view of the front yard and a luxurious guest bathroom!

So much goes into a project, from creating design ideas and designing floor plans to pros and cons to truly understand a client’s dream for their gorgeous new home!

The objective: Helping my clients with a smooth transition through the construction of their new home. We created designs for the entire main floor, including the home office! We kept some of the existing furniture and added new pieces for the midcentury look.

As my clients love their Eames chair, I created a nice spot near the window where it can truly shine. For the living area, we designed a light gray midcentury large sofa with elegant yellow single chairs to create a lovely seating area for TV and conversation! Yellow was actually the color that brought it all together! I took my inspiration from their beloved yellow painting and then added four yellow barstools to tie in the yellow theme!

What makes this home so special is the great open concept floor plan that has lots of nooks to create a wonderful library with a cute storage bench to sit and read.

The home office had the biggest transformation! We turned a blank slate into a warm and welcoming, yet masculine, home office. We made sure to leave lots of room for books, art, and treasured keepsakes. A harmony of colors were used to bring this room to life! Dark gray, light gray, and an accent wall with yellow/gold tied beautifully with wood tones, brown leather, and brass elements.

The family absolutely loves their new home! They can live as BIG or small in the spaces as they choose. They can entertain often and have plenty of room to do so or enjoy quiet, family nights. They now have their dream home and are ready for a bright future.
