These clients fell in love with this home for its location: at the end of a cul-de-sac, a welcoming home, a spacious yard, huge garage, 2 full floors with room enough to grow their young family.

They knew when they bought this house, it had so much potential. Potential that they could remodel down the line. After living in the house for a while it was time to find the right designer, who would help and support them on their journey, a designer with a creative mind and would show them more than 2 options. When they saw my portfolio, they fell in love with my style and design process.

This kitchen is actually spacious, yet it has no countertop space, everything is chopped up and feels very outdated with a very weird lay-out and a desk space that nobody uses.

The clients have always dreamt of an open-concept kitchen with a big island for the family to enjoy meals, kids do homework and entertain guests for dinner and America football games. We will design a dream kitchen with a good flow that fits this space and enhances their lifestyle.

A beautiful and functional kitchen, with an island and with room enough to cook, prep meals and entertain. Removing or adding walls to enhance the atmosphere and functionality of this kitchen and create the interaction with the living room. This space has so many walls it feels discombobulated.

These homeowners have given me free range and I can design and redesign this entire living/kitchen space. Moving windows, adding windows, moving walls and adding wall in other places.
