My clients have bought the most gorgeous acreage property and bought the house of their dreams!
This house needs lots of work and has a lot of 80s in there.
The clients have given me free range to also reconfigure their entire Upper-level floor plan.
So many ideas, so many ideas, this will be a nice one to design.
The Primary Suite just makes no sense: too many doors, too many different spaces that don’t flow together and all the parts in itself are too small!
Tiny closet, tiny bathroom, huge sitting/office space and too may doors to count in this space.
The kid’s bathroom is in bad shape and needs a total make-over.
–> And somewhere in these spaces I need to find room for a laundry room, as it is clearly not working downstairs.
